I am so excited to be joining the First Grade Team and to be a part of these amazing fundemental learning years at Pittman! I was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved out to Las Vegas after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1998 along with a Minor in Child Psychology. After teaching Second Grade for two years in 2002-2004, I opted to stay home to raise my two sons who are now almost fully grown and heading into their first college years. This is my second year at Pittman after teaching Second Grade for the 2023-2024 school year and now look forward to this new amazing venture in the First Grade. I am a huge animal and nature lover, as well as a published Young Adult Paranormal Writer.
