Hi! My name is Alicia Gill, and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade at Vail Pittman Elementary School!
My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, safe, supported, and excited to learn. I believe learning should be engaging, meaningful, and fun, while helping students grow both academically and personally.
Outside of school, I am the proud mom of two amazing daughters, and I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories together.
I can't wait for an incredible school year filled with learning, laughter, and growth. I'm excited to partner with you to have a successful year!

My name is Mrs. Monique Lewis, and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year!
I am happily married and blessed with three amazing children. My family means the world to me, and when I’m not in the classroom, I love spending quality time with them.
I have a true passion for teaching and believe every child deserves a classroom where they feel safe, supported, valued, and excited to learn. I believe that when we capture a child’s heart, we open the door to capture their mind.
I am looking forward to building relationships, making memories, and helping my students learn and grow this year. I am so excited for our 3rd grade journey together, and I know we are going to have an amazing year!
Mrs. Sparks
Hello Panthers! My name is Mrs. Sparks and I am so excited to dive into this school year. I received a Master’s in Education from UNLV. Go Rebels! This will be my 9th year teaching, and I feel honored to continue with the Pittman family.
In the classroom, creating an interest for learning and building student confidence are my top priorities. I look forward to helping each student realize their potential and capabilities.
When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I enjoy doing projects around the house and going to sports events.
I can’t wait to meet and work with you and your child! Great things are coming this year!
